For the great opportunities they were offering!

My colleagues are lovely and I am liking the new day to day roles I am being involved with. Watertrain have made me feel very welcome and settled in. I can’t wait for the future here at Watertrain.
Lisa | Senior Operations Manager
Why did you join Watertrain?
From the moment I attended the interview and met the SLT team, I was really excited about Watertrain as a company. It came across really well within the interview what a great company it was to work for, and the vision of the company within the RSK Group is also a very exciting opportunity.
What does your role at Watertrain involve?
Line manage, coach and support operations team, responsibility of key deliverables of the business, manage processes and procedures, business development of client proposals and pricing etc.
What are you enjoying most about your new role?
I am enjoying learning about the Water Industry qualifications, how technical and science based the learning is and all the different aspects involved. Next steps for me is getting to know the clients which is something I know I will also enjoy.
The Watertrain team have been so welcoming, accommodating and overall really supportive. I have joined with training knowledge but no actual knowledge of the industry itself, and every day I am being supported by the team to learn more and more which is great.
Eva | Quality Assurance Manager
Why did you join Watertrain?
Watertrain was rated by Ofsted as a “Good ” provider on last inspection. Going through my interview process, everybody seemed very passionate about quality and supporting LDCs. I felt that this was a place where I could share my knowledge and experience and support others on the TLA process. For me “it felt right”.
What does your role at Watertrain involve?
Responsible for: OTLA, Quality Assurance (TLA), Curriculum Development , IQA, EQA, CPD, Coaching and Mentoring, Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Equality and Diversity. My role is also to support Ofsted, Self-Assessment, Quality Improvement, Safer Recruitment, Additional Learning needs, etc.
What are you enjoying most about your new role?
Going through the OTLA process as a way to share good practice and improve the quality of LTA.
