Watertrain Receives Great Feedback from Ofsted COVID Impact Interim VisitNovember 27, 2020
Despite the uncertainty that businesses are facing as a direct result of the Coronavirus pandemic, we are proud to welcome three more additions to our growing team.
Nicola McLean, John Larder, and Matt Shoobridge who has rejoined his role at Watertrain, will support our continued success in providing outstanding technical training and apprenticeship programmes to water companies throughout the UK.
Below we learn more about their experience.
Nicola McLean, Quality Assurance and Senior Management – 2nd November
Watertrain are thrilled to be welcoming Nicola McLean. Nicky has been in the sector for over 15 years, starting out as an assessor and internal verifier and moving up that organisation to become a Regional Operations Director. Nicky will therefore be a great asset to the Quality Assurance and Senior Management team.
Matt Shoobridge, Water Network Learning and Development Coach – 19th October
Watertrain are delighted to welcome Matt Shoobridge back to his role as a Water Network Learning and Development Coach. Though loving the job, with a young family, Matt found the travel and time away from home difficult to reconcile. New business coming on stream means we are able to offer Matt the same job role with very little away from home time. A win win.
John Larder, Learning and Development Coaches – 19th October
Watertrain are also delighted to welcome John Larder to our team of Learning and Development Coaches. John has over 25 years’ experience in various operational and managerial roles in Water Network and Leakage. John is excited at the opportunity to share his knowledge and experience with our clients’ apprentices and John will certainly strengthen our team.
