Watertrain is recruiting for new Learning & Development Coaches following continued success in securing contracts throughout the UK.
Watertrain is now recruiting for Learning & Development (L&D) Coaches to join their growing team. These new L&D Coaches will support the delivery of Watertrain’s Clean Water, Wastewater and Water Treatment training programmes.
Watertrain, part of RSK Group, is a leading training company for the water sector and has a long and successful track record of delivering apprenticeship programmes, currently having two thirds of the market share with England based water companies. Following their continued success in securing contracts throughout the UK, this is an exciting time to join the training provider and immerse in a challenging and rewarding role that provides an opportunity to pass on knowledge and experience to upskill the water sector.

Previous experience in teaching or training is desirable but is not necessary. Applicants will need the drive and enthusiasm to want to learn, and Watertrain will provide all the training and support towards the relevant classroom teaching and assessment qualifications, as well as ongoing coaching and CPD.
