OnSite learners successfully complete apprenticeship with Watertrain
Watertrain have recently had a cohort of 12 learners from OnSite successfully complete the Level 2 Water Network Operative Apprenticeship, with 25% of the learners achieving a Distinction.
Feedback from some of our learners included:
“Watertrain have helped me develop a lot of knowledge about the water industry and how consumers receive water on a day-to-day basis. They have given me knowledge for the apparatus used on the network. This has led to me being able to do an array of different jobs within the company. “
“I feel that because I am a practical person, the theory side of things was never my strong point, but by doing this apprenticeship it has improved the theory side of things, and also improved my knowledge which has made me more confident in my job role.”
Chris Loftus, our Learning Development Coach who delivered the qualification, and helped the learners achieve fantastic results said:
“This is the first time that Watertrain have delivered the L2 qualification and all the learners that took part made it a great success with their hard work and determination. The learners were new to the industry with no previous industry experience, but despite this they all achieved fantastic results including a number of distinctions. I am really proud of all the learners and what they achieved.”
