The qualification is aimed at any and all individuals working in roles which require competence with information collection planning and evaluation, as well as analysing data to identify trends, form assessments and/or create and disseminate products or reports.
In an official testimonial, Northumbrian Water Workforce Development Manager Tracey Greener said: “We identified the apprenticeship as a great opportunity for our people in analytical roles across the business who work with a variety of data and intelligence. The employees are from our Customer Teams, Resource Planning, Finance, HR, Metering Strategy, Networks and Wastewater. Bringing them together as one group of learners has been fantastic for shared learning and a recognition of business issues that combined they can solve together.
“The project and assignment work was hugely relevant to our sector and we will invest more time for the learners throughout and beyond the apprenticeship programme to bring the recommendations and findings to life.”
As part of their Level 4 Apprenticeship in Intelligence Operations delivery, Intelligencia promises to deliver a combination of up to 10 knowledge and skills workshops with vocational assessments, (either at employer premises or at regional centres).
“lntelligencia Training’s Tutor, Mark Burton, has been exemplary in facilitating engaging workshop sessions and providing individual learning and feedback to the team,” said Tracey Greener. “Mark has such a depth of knowledge and has a really engaging personality who can make training exciting and discussions on data fascinating.
“I have also received continued support from lntelligencia Training’s Commercial Director, Nick Atkinson, and would not hesitate in recommending Intelligencia Training as a training provider of choice.”
Northumbrian Water are currently planning a second programme to commence in September 2018.
